The body found in the 12 1/2 foot common grave on Wednesday was identified as Dean Finocchiaro, 19.
The body identified was that of 19-year-old Dean Finocchiaro. "This is a homicide, make no mistake about it", Weintraub told reporters early Thursday. Other remains were found on a sprawling farm in suburban Philadelphia but they still needed to be identified, he said. The district attorney confirmed that their "painstaking" investigation continues, adding that investigators will bring "each and every one of these lost boys" back to their families in one way or another.
Patrick graduated from Holy Ghost Preparatory School in 2016, where Dinardo was also a graduate in 2015, according to Bill Doherty, the school's director of communications.
Authorities also searched a nearby farm parcel along with concrete company near the family home in Bensalem, closer to Philadelphia. -Meo's mother calls police to report him missing. "Mr. Dinardo is a person of interest in this case, but sometimes the chasm between being a person of interest and being a person who is accused, arrested and convicted of a crime is so wide that we never cross it".
DiNardo was charged after authorities, using license tag tracking devices, found Meo's 1996 Nissan Maxima on the same farm where the body was discovered.
Ill Chinese Nobel laureate able to travel, foreign doctors say
China's foreign ministry had no immediate response to a request for comment Saturday. "Liu Xiaobo is one step closer to freedom". He became only the third person to receive a Nobel Peace award while being imprisoned by his own government in 2010.
Cadaver dogs led investigators to the grave. He was released from Bucks County jail on Tuesday night after 10 percent of his $1 million bail was paid by his father.
Meo is a diabetic, yet his life-saving diabetic kit was still in the vehicle, Weintraub said.
The FBI has lent "invaluable assistance" to the investigation, Weintraub said.
As to the relationships among the four men who have been described in loose terms as friends, "I know more than I'm sharing", the district attorney said, but he can't release it because it could threaten the integrity of the investigation. The charge stems from accusations that DiNardo was caught with a shotgun and ammunition in February despite a prior involuntary commitment to a mental health institution. It is unclear whether Patrick knows any or all of the men, but Patrick and DiNardo appear to be Facebook friends. Meo and Sturgis first met DiNardo when he was looking to sell marijuana, one of Meo's friends told the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Sturgis, 22, of Pennsburg, was last seen on Friday, July 7.
Authorities now believe the remains of the missing three other men are imminent.... No charges related to the killing of Finocchiaro or the found human remains have yet been filed, Weintraub said. "We're committed to seeing this through to the end, regardless of what it's going to take".
